Danielle Aldred - Dani is a passionate trainer that strives to bring out the best in her clients. Her positive and fun attitude in the gym makes her classes very enjoyable. Dani has an undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Calgary. She enjoys exploring different aspects of nutrition and training while working with her athletes to find the best approach to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Sean Bruce-Hayes - Sean is a devoted trainer that spends every day trying to learn more about health and fitness. He completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario. Sean spent six years in the Infantry with the Canadian Forces, including a seven-month tour to Afghanistan in 2006. Since returning from Afghanistan, he has been involved in preparing soldiers for deployment both in the military as an instructor and with CrossFit as a trainer. Sean is honest and upfront with his athletes because of his desire for everyone to reap the benefits of good health and fitness.

Ben Wheeler - Ben is our nutrition and lifestyle consultant. He will work with you personally to help you look, feel and perform better. Ben is a full time coach at Cross Fit Taranis in Victoria, BC. He has excelled in CrossFit including a 2nd place finish at the Ontario Challenge and 4th in the CrossFit Taranis Winter Challenge. Ben is very knowledgable in the area of nutrition and his ability to comprehend the science and apply it to his clients lifestyles is excellent. If you are serious about reaching your fitness and lifestyle goals Ben will take you there with his positive attitude and vast knowledge. Lauren Polonich - A motivated and dedicated athlete herself, Lauren will push you to your limits in the gym. Lauren has been training with CrossFit CowTown since it opened in September, 2009. She placed 14th in the Canadian CrossFit Games Qualifiers in 2010. Lauren is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Calgary.

Kris Hallee - Kris has been coaching CrossFit for a year and is passionate about learning more to provide the best service he can to his athletes.  He is a full-time coach and CrossFit Calgary and is part of OPT's Big Dawg's.  When Kris isn't coaching he likes to spend his spare time in the rockies.

Erin Ewasuik - Erin has been involved with CrossFit for the last 3 years and most recently involved with coaching the last year.  She has her degree in Child Development and Community Planning.  It was here that her passion for CrossFit with her committment in promoting healthy lifestyles for children and youth lead her to becoming a dedicated CrossFit Kids coach and more recently a CrossFit Kids Coach.  For Erin, CrossFit is the only sport where she has ever felt empowered to be so strong and succeed in challenging herself in accomplishing goals that she thought were unrealistic.
