Monday - 5:30 PMCrossFit offers services that are very different from a conventional gym. We offer professional and intimate coaching. All classes are capped at 8 - 10 people with 1 - 2 coaches per class. We expect our clients to show up and succeed. Our movements can be dynamic and complex, thus our focus lies on safety and efficiency of the movements. You will see observable, measurable and repeatable results with us after a short period of time. Please come try us for FREE any Saturday at 11:00AM.

As a CrossFit CowTown Member you have the freedom to choose from any of the Group WOD and Open Gym times that fit your schedule. At the CrossFit class you will complete the workout of the day with other members.

1-on-1 personal training for all fitness levels provides the benefits of CrossFit and a Coach with an individualized focus. Whether beginner or advanced we can fast track your progress based on your personal needs.

There is a compelling tendency for new CrossFitters to move past the fundamental techniques in physical training and on to more elaborate, more sophisticated movements, skills, or techniques. This compulsion causes a rush to originality and risk. What will inevitably doom a physical training program and dilute a coach’s efficacy is a lack of commitment to fundamentals. Teaching a snatch where there is not yet an overhead squat, teaching an overhead squat where there is not yet an air squat, is a colossal mistake. By mastering your fundamentals training, you will advance faster into the more technical skills incorporated into your daily workouts. Members must demonstrate sufficient knowledge of fundamental movements by completing fundamentals in one of the following ways:
Individual Fundamentals (by appointment)
Semi-Private Fundamentals (by appointment)
Each Fundamentals Session includes:
1. Warm-up
2. Skill Assessment and Review
3. Fundamental Movements of CrossFit
4. Workout
5. Stretch and Cool Down Discussion
6. Basic Nutrition Information
Initial Consultation - $75
You will receive a questionnaire prior to our consultation regarding current eating habits, sleep schedule, training program and goals. I will also ask you to provide me with 3 typical day’s worth of eating. In our first consultation (1-1 ½ hours) we will look at each of these lifestyle factors individually. I will then provide you with an effective strategy and nutrition guidelines to best improve performance, stress management and body composition. You will be provided with a shopping list to make the transition as easy as possible. Consultations will be held on; phone, Skype, or in person if you live in the Victoria, BC area.
Follow up Consultation - $50
In our follow up consultation we will discuss how the change in nutrition & lifestyle has affected the way you look, feel & perform. We will review my previous recommendations and make any necessary changes depending on your current progress. If your goals have changed we will make revisions to accommodate them as well.
Monthly Package - $150
Our monthly package offers the same services as the initial consultation, plus weekly follow up consultations to review your progress and make changes as needed. The client will also have the opportunity for un-limited questions via e-mail. The monthly package is a great option for the individual with long term goals or needs.
Webinars - $250
Our webinar package consists of an online meeting with a PowerPoint presentation on our nutrition & lifestyle recommendations. We will cover the basics of healthy eating, hormonal mechanisms, foods you should avoid, and the importance of fatty acid balance in your diet. We will also touch on the importance of a proper sleep cycle in relation to nutrition and performance. This is a great option for a larger group of people. There is no need to be at the same location as you can sign into these webinars anywhere with internet access.
